There aren't too many things in life that I "hate" but I think packing up and moving would qualify for the "H" category...specially under the circumstances, huuuhhh. Tomorrow was supposed to be devoted to spraying off my moms house and getting it ready to paint on Monday, but our lawyers called tonight and asked if they could show our house Monday. I guess I should be happy about that, but it calls for major packing/cleaning tomorrow. It gives me anxiety thinking about it.
Greg has been doing awesome at my moms house. The "master" shower has been jack hammered as well as the closet that was taken out to make the shower bigger. All the dry way has been ripped out of the bathroom, and he was able to get the ceiling in the hallway, the entry way, and the shower taken down. Next weekend our neighbor will help Gregory move the air conditioning ducks about a foot and a half higher and move all the vents to places that will actually make a difference in the rooms. We have a texture guy coming Monday morning, and hopefully next week sometime I can start painting the inside. Here is the inside of the house before and some of the in between..

Cody Conquers Shaw Butte
A couple of weeks ago Cody and Trevor stayed the night at Mimi and Papa's house. Cody woke up early with Mimi Keri and they went hiking together at Shaw Butte! From what I hear, Cody did really well! What a great activity for a 4 year old :)

Trevor Pictures
Our sweet Trevor angel baby isnt such a baby anymore. I can't believe that in a few short months, he will be a big brother! He is still as sweet as ever. We love our little Tug Boat!

The Past 2 Weeks...
(Side Note: Cody overheard Keri talking to one of her hair clients about how I could have died if they wouldn't have been able to stop the bleeding and later that night after we were home, Cody said to me "Mom please don't die from the baby". I love that little boy. He wasn't even in the same room as her when she was talking. You think kids aren't paying attention when in reality they hear everything!)
Things at my Moms house are still in the works. Greg has been so amazing. He is doing all the work himself, poor guy. He just got done jack hammering the floor in the bathroom to make room for a double shower and has started ripping out the ceiling in the hallway and entry way to raise the ceilings. We have a texture guy coming this week sometime and then I will actually be able to help by painting. Anyone who knows me, knows I am not a sit and watch kind of girl, and not being able to help out is killing me. I'm about ready to start painting the outside of the whole house just so I feel like I'm contributing in some way.
For Memorial weekend we ended up driving to Taylor, AZ for Trapper Days. They hold an AADR (all american dog registry) show every year, and this year we took Red up there. Of coarse Cassidy went too, but she wasn't in the show. We went up a day early so we could be there first thing Saturday to register and get everything set up. They had a weight pulling competition first thing, but I didn't get to watch any of that. Some of those dogs were huge too! I don't know how those people can call their dogs pit bulls because they were the size of Mastiffs! To each their own I suppose...Reds first show was judges choice and he didn't even place in that one. The next show was for his age group, 18-24 month males and he came in first for that one!!!!!! We were sooo excited! His very first show and we took home a blue ribbon. The next one was best in show for all male dogs and it was between Red and this older male and Red blew it...He spotted Cody about 10 yards away playing with a Frisbee and Red wanted nothing to do with the show after that. The other dog one best in show for the males and actually ended up winning the whole show for best dog. Greg is still pretty upset he didn't win the trophy, LOL! I compare him to the Best In Show movie now :) It was a short trip, but we had a great time as a family!
LOL-See those 2 trophy's in the background...Those are the 2 Greg claims he was robbed of :))))
The dog to the left in this picture is the one Red lost to.
And today was back to normal. Greg went and worked at my moms and I took the boys to the splash park. I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with my kids, but the first half hour was spent running and playing on the hot play equipment under the hot hot sun. Cody finally decided it was hot enough to go play in the water and of coarse little "Me Too" aka Trevor followed. We spent almost 2 hours there today and the kids loved it! We have play group there tomorrow and the boys can't wait to go back.

Cody's First Time On A Bike!
We had a little birthday party for Cody at the park today with all of his friends. His real birthday isn't until Sunday...Mothers Day...A day I'm trying not to think about, so we celebrated today. Cody got so many cool toys from his friends! He even wanted to leave the park after he opened all of them so he could go home and start playing. Thank you to everyone that gave him a gift!!!!
After Gregory got home from school today, he went in the garage and put Cody's bike together. Our present to him this year was a Cars bike, complete with a flame helmet, knee & elbow pads. Cody has never ridden a bike before. He is awesome on his tricycle, but every time I took him to the store to try a bike, he would get frustrated that he couldn't do it. But today when he saw his bike, he was so excited. He got right on and he and Gregory went around the block. I thought for sure when they left that it was going to be a disaster in the making. I was picturing them coming around the corner with Cody screaming and Gregory walking his bike back. But Cody proved me to be completely wrong in my suspicion. Cody was going so fast, with Gregory trying to keep up with him. It was so cute!!!!! It made me a little teary eyed seeing my baby on a big boy bike. I snapped this little video.
I was so proud of Cody. He and Gregory finally convinced me to go around the block a couple of times with them. He did fall of once and run into 1 parked car, but each time he got up and tried again. I was so glad he didn't give up. Great job Code!!!!!
P.S.- It was definitely strange to be celebrating without my Mom. It was our first party without her and harder than I thought. I thought of her often.

Party For Natalie
Last Thursday night, Tina and I hosted a good bye party for our good friend Natalie at The Cheesecake Factory. It was one of the best turn outs for our Girls Night Out that we have ever had. I think there were around 23 women that came to support and say bye to Nat. Hope you had a good time Nat considering you were saying Bye to everyone. Love ya! Have a great time in Utah in the non 100 degree temps (can you tell I'm a little bitter that?:) We're all still just a phone call/email/text/blog away.

BRITNEY!!!! Concert
Tina, Jacy, and I started out with dinner at The Yardhouse. We got there an hour and a half before the stadium doors even opened and there were already so many people there!
It was a great people watching night, b/c there was such an array of people at her concert. After dinner we got our picture taken with 104.7's very own John Jay and Rich. Greg loves them and listens to them every morning so of coarse I had to send him a little text bragging about it. He was a little jealous. (I found this maturity shirt that said 'Oops I Did It Again', which was perfect for her concert!)
Jacy, Tina, and I inside the concert...
The Pussycat Dolls were the opening act...I was actually semi excited to see them, and they did ok, but there was something a little off about them. Jealousy maybe? After that haut mess of an act was over, there were some really cool 'circus' performers.
We were so amazed! This girl was landing on a balance beam size floppy pole. After all the little side shows, it was time for Britney to make her grand entrance from the ceiling.
And of coarse she started the show with "Circus"
If we could have done anything differently, we would have definitely paid more to get closer seats. I thought they would have her on the jumbo screen, but they didn't.
All in all, I had a great time with some great friends. Britney looked amazing and had some great costumes. I would definitely do it again!

All About The Kiddos
Just a quick tid bit...My best friend Kate and I found out were due a day apart last March. Her due date was November 19th and mine was the 20th. Well, Kate had baby girl Riley the same day I had Trevor! What are the odds right?
Trevor was born on Wednesday November 21, 2007 at 10:19 in the morning. He was a big boy at 8lbs 12oz and 21 inches long. I was induced with Trevor because there was no luck with stripping the membranes (twice) and I never had any contractions. I was supposed to go in early morning on the 19th, but the hospital was too full. So, I was put on a waiting list. Finally, around 11 at night on the 20th, I was called in. I had sent a text to Kate to let her know I was on my way to the hospital and her husband Cody text me back to let me know she was already there (we delivered at different hospitals). Once I got there, they gave me patocin to induce me and an epidural a little while later. It was great! The delivery part of it was nothing. I had to push maybe 3 times and he was born within minutes, healthy as could be. However, a little after he was born I started to feel nauseous. I ate some yogurt and sure enough it came right back up. I sat up in bed and saw white spots everywhere and heard ringing in my ears then blacked out. They took some blood work and it said I was anemic. I was having lots of blood clots coming out. The Dr ran in and started cleaning me out and pushing on my stomach and let me tell you it hurt like heck. I like to think I have a pretty high pain tolerance too (2 kids before this, 2 tattoos, and a couple of piercings with no complaints) but this sucked!!! I was shaking uncontrollably; I thought I was having a seizer. I guess I was going in and out of it, b/c I woke up later and Greg had put a rose on my chest. I remember waking up and asking him if he thought I died. It was probably one of the scariest times of my life (besides Greg leaving for Iraq). Im so glad my mom was there to explain to me in English all the Doctor lingo. I did get to go home for Thanksgiving with a beautiful, healthy baby boy. This was a big deal because I had some scares early on in my pregnancy. On the first ultrasound, we found out that my placenta was sitting way too low so it was squishing Trevor’s kidneys. They were way too small. That was terrifying for both Greg and me. After a couple more ultrasounds and a visit to a perinatologist (sounds serious right) we found out everything was fine. I couldn’t figure out what the big deal was for having small kidneys. I mean, there are two of them. Turns out after some research, it can be a sign of Down Syndrome. It was very scary!!!! We are so blessed that Trevor is healthy! Trevor is turning out to be an angel baby. He rarely cries and sleeps all through the night. He smiles all the time and loves to look at the color blue. He loves to watch Cody and always smiles when he gets to take a bath. Trevor just seems to love life. It is so much fun just to sit and cuddle him. He makes the cutest cooing sounds. I can’t wait to see more of his personality. It just goes by too fast. Greg and I are so blessed and we are reminded of that every time we see our beautiful boys.
Justin Gregory Tieman was born Friday September 18, 2009 at 9:11 in the morning. He weighed in at exactly 7 lbs and was 19.5 inches long. Everything in a time period of about 36 hours happened so quickly. I had my Dr’s appointment at 2 on Thursday and when I was there, he asked if I wanted the 12 am or 4 am spot to be induced. I took the 12 am spot. Gregory and I made it to the hospital around 12:30, checked in, and then went up to Labor and Delivery. I was given “the gel” around 2:15 am and by 2:20 I was already having small contractions. My nurse had me get up and walk the halls for about 40 minutes. I’m not sure what time I had my epidural? It was with the first nurse I had, so sometime between 3 and 6 am. I got a new nurse around 6:15 and she let me sleep for about 3 hours to get some rest. She came in 8:45-9:00 to check on me and see if I had dilated at all. To my surprise (and hers), I was fully dilated!!! I had slept through all of my contractions! It’s a good thing my Dr was just down stairs getting ready to come up and break my water. I felt so bad for him. I pretty much shot my baby out at him. I pushed 3 times (for about a minute) and he was out. They did have to use to vacuum on him because I already had some abrasions and was starting to bleed. Luckily I got all the medicine I needed and then some to help with the bleeding and everything went really well. I was able to leave the hospital the next day, feeling pretty good. Justin is only a couple of days old, but he is already such a blessing for our family. He is a wonderful baby and absolutely beautiful. Cody and Trevor can’t seem to get enough of him. They love getting to help feed Justin. They are such good big brothers! With Justin now here, I feel our family is complete. Gregory and I couldn’t be happier to have 3 wonderful boys in our lives!
